DreamWave Tourism provides travel and tourism services including but not limited to:

• Booking and arrangement of travel packages
• Attraction tickets and experiences
• Desert safari tours and activities
• Cruise bookings and arrangements
• Hotel and accommodation bookings
• Transportation and transfer services
• Travel consultation and planning services

All services are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

3.1 Account Registration:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account

3.2 Acceptable Use:

• Use Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
• Do not use Services to engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresentation
• Do not attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt our Services
• Do not use automated systems to access our Services without permission
• Respect intellectual property rights of DreamWave Tourism and third parties

3.3 Travel Documentation:

• You are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents (passports, visas, etc.)
• You must ensure all travel documents are valid for the duration of your trip
• DreamWave Tourism is not responsible for denied entry due to inadequate documentation

4.1 Booking Process:

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• Prices displayed are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated
• Prices may change without notice until booking is confirmed and paid
• A booking confirmation will be sent via email upon successful payment

4.2 Payment:

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified
• We accept various payment methods as displayed on our platform
• All payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways
• You are responsible for any bank charges or transaction fees

4.3 Pricing:

• Prices include only the services explicitly mentioned in the package description
• Additional costs (meals, personal expenses, optional activities) are not included unless stated
• Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or tax changes

5.1 Cancellation by Customer:

• Cancellations must be made in writing via email or through your account
• Cancellation charges apply based on the time of cancellation before the travel date
• Refund amounts depend on the specific service provider's cancellation policy
• Some bookings may be non-refundable or subject to full cancellation charges

5.2 Typical Cancellation Charges:

• More than 30 days before travel: 10-25% of total booking value
• 15-30 days before travel: 25-50% of total booking value
• 7-14 days before travel: 50-75% of total booking value
• Less than 7 days before travel: 75-100% of total booking value
• No-show: 100% of total booking value

Note: Specific cancellation terms may vary by service and will be communicated at the time of booking.

5.3 Cancellation by DreamWave Tourism:

• We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances
• In case of cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund
• Refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days
• We are not liable for any consequential losses due to cancellation

6.1 Service Provider Responsibility:

DreamWave Tourism acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers (hotels, transport companies, activity operators, etc.). We are not responsible for:

• Quality or safety of services provided by third-party vendors
• Delays, cancellations, or changes made by service providers
• Personal injury, loss, or damage during travel activities
• Acts of nature, force majeure events, or political unrest

6.2 Maximum Liability:

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

6.3 Travel Insurance:

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost baggage, and other travel-related risks.

7.1 Changes to Bookings:

• Requests for changes must be made in writing
• Changes are subject to availability and additional charges may apply
• Some bookings may not be changeable and cancellation charges may apply
• Name changes may not be permitted for certain services

7.2 Itinerary Changes:

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to operational requirements, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide substitute arrangements of comparable quality.

All content on the DreamWave Tourism website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and data compilations, is the property of DreamWave Tourism or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content without our express written permission.

9.1 Governing Law:

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

9.2 Dispute Resolution Process:

• Contact our customer service team first to resolve any issues
• If unresolved, submit a formal written complaint within 30 days
• We will investigate and respond within 14 business days
• If still unresolved, disputes may be escalated to mediation or arbitration

11.3 Waiver:

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

11.4 Assignment:

You may not assign or transfer these terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
